Online rentals require full payment at time of reservation.

Cash and check require a $50 deposit and full payment at time of rental.

 

Half Day (4 hours): $100

Full Day (4-12hours): $200

A $50 security deposit is required along with the rental fee prior to the rental date in order to reserve the time.

The deposit will be returned if the facility is left in a clean and orderly manner. Online reservations must be paid in full in advance, and repair costs for any damages will be billed to renter.

 

Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Cancellations within 14 days of the reservation will result
in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

Need a location for regular meetings or classes? Call today for discounted rates.

Civic groups, youth groups, and other public meetings may receive an annual rate with prior board approval.

 

Groups of over 50 people can only be accommodated during the warm months when the patio and lawn can be utilized,

or with special permission from the board.

 

The Baltimore Community Museum is a non-profit organization established to further the heritage of Baltimore's local community. The board of directors oversees the financing, operation, and upkeep of the buildings and grounds owned by the corporation. All funds received through donation or rental fees are used in the operation and care of the facilities operated by the corporation.

 

The directors, or their designee, are the sole authority in the operation of the facilities,

and therefore may approve or reject any requested use of the facilities at their discretion.

The organization reserves the right to alter conditions or approvals on a case by case basis.

 

Renters agree to abide by the rules and regulations covering the use of the Griley Home and the Museum.

 

The museum may be opened during your activity with special permission.
